The design and construction company ROMB has been operating in the market of architectural and construction services since 2007. Our company is a workshop for all types of design of residential, office, retail, entertainment, hotel and industrial buildings. In addition, the company carries out construction and reconstruction of houses , cottages, offices, industrial buildings, using the highest quality materials, modern and energy-saving technologies. Our capabilities are confirmed by permits, certificates, diplomas and licenses and the relevant state bodies of control, as well as the recommendations of the partners and customers.

The design department of the enterprise has modern computers, design and budget documentation is developed using the latest software systems. The regulatory and software base is constantly updated and updated. The office of the company is located in the central part of the city.Company construction equipment includes cranes, dump trucks, excavators, tractors and the like. Gold Fund LTD «ROMB» is its personnel including: engineers, estimators, foremen, highly skilled workers of various specializations, including installers, bricklayers, tilers, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, plasterers, painters, welders, machine operators. Many of the staff speak several related professions and has many years of experience in design and construction, allows the team to solve complex problems.

Over the years of its activity, the firm implemented a large number of different projects, the most significant of which are: retail and office space and glass «Leokaramika» in Pasiky-Zubryts'ki (village), four-star hotel « Korona» in Lviv, reconstruction of unfinished construction of the indoor market in Drohobych (town), the reconstruction of the cinema, “Prometheus” under the trade-office and administrative center in Drohobych (town), the construction of a warehouse in Lviv, public entertainment complex on the street Truskavetska in Drohobych, real estate in Sambor(town), retail and office center on the street Sheptytskyh in Lviv, administrative complex enterprises “the Unified Energy system» with workshop, garage and electrical laboratory in Chervonograd(town), « Dim Zolotoho Viku” in Mygenets(village) and a number of other objects.

With 2015 the company entered the market of capital construction with a new partner "Parus-development". The combination of high professional qualities marketing company with our construction experience required related calls, and they are embodied in the new, now famous all Lviv"yanam trend - PARUS. The main project "Parus" on the street Lypynskoho, 26 despite the complexity and innovativeness of construction and engineering solutions -delivered in a year, as promised to those who made a choice in favor of new architectural forms.

We didn't focus on one project at the end of 2015, started the construction of the flagship of our range of "Parus" residential complex "Parus-Park", which on the street Kul'parkivs'ka. Years stood in front of the factory "Kineskop" abandoned construction site that we breathed new life "Parus Park" - the object of increased complexity, which will fundamentally change the landscape of the district, primarily for its unusual and majestic beauty. Lviv'yany and guests of the city can be sure the facility is being built ahead of schedule and no doubt will be put into operation in established periods.

it would seem that it is time to take a break but this choice is not for us, so we started the construction of a third residential building "Parus-Life" on the street Gorodnytschka (lateral of the street Zamarstynivs'ka), a saes office, which recently opened on the street Lypyns'koho,26. Cozy house not amazing in size, but the style and comfort- irreplaceable features of our class  to see it each.

In 2017 we'll have two events - in the free swimming will go "Park" and "Life" will go for that Lviv saw our new project- "Parus City", which should be the climax of our construction of the tale.

2018 – we are commissioning projects «Parus Park» and «Parus Life». Started construction of the second house of the complex ‘ Parus Life”. Continuing the construction of the «Parus City”….

These production tasks our company have had. It would seem that everything comes to beating the next corporate records, but… Terminated cooperation with the company ‘Parus development”. With the aim of preserving the production assets of “ ROMB” and finding their own way the company's efforts are concentrated on the possibility of forming their own about the’unity of companies, with the options of the developer and the contractor.

So when your first experience, we went ahead – at the very 2018, the us launched a large-scale construction in the city Dublyany - Lviv suburbs – the construction of a complex of 3 houses with a total area of about 25,000 sq. m.

Today, we have to pass the first stage of our construction «Royal Park” -1;

in General, 2018 year saw us not only as the first year of self-creation, but as the year in which all our previous efforts have not gone unnoticed. 

2019 company «Romb» meets with a new partner and the investor – “ BAU HAUSEN”. Our old friends were struck by the ability of “ROMB ” to always go to the end, knowing and loving work. New plans, new ambitions, and of course the new projects:

 But we return to Lviv – a new challenge – ultra-modern residential-office complex “arena” in meters from the «Arena Lviv» …  To our most ambitious project (56 000 sq. m.) we began in the spring of 2019.
